Technical support/technical service engineer

Job Description: 

1. according to the customer's needs, develop feasible technical programs ; 

2. follow up the customer relationship, product technical exchanges, to provide customers with the use of products in the process of technical support services and products, after-sales service; 

3. in the technical service process, grasp the relevant project market information, customer business trends and timely report, and give a joint, physical and Chemical Recommendations 

4. organize the internal staff to conduct technical training; 

5. To coordinate and promote the work of the production, marketing and commerce departments;


Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Chemical Engineering; 

2. Relevant working experience in oil refining or coal chemical industry is preferred; 

3. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, good communication skills and on-site coordination ability; 

4. to Accept Business Travel;
