This product is an excellent lubricant and antistatic agent in the production and processing of polyolefins. It can significantly reduce the friction between plastic materials and processing machinery and between the molecules inside the plastic. It has both external and internal lubrication effects, and can improve the plastic's Processability, reduce power consumption, prevent resin degradation caused by excessive frictional heat, and improve production efficiency and product quality. Monoglycerides have hydrophilic hydroxyl groups and can be used as non-ionic "permanent" non-toxic antistatic agents for plastics and fibers. Monoglycerides are polyol esters, and their ester groups have considerable affinity with polyolefins and have internal lubrication. Appropriate amount of diglyceride and triglyceride in the product also have the function of external lubrication, so monoglyceride is an excellent lubricant in the production and processing of polyolefin.

Reference dosage: The dosage of monoglyceride is also different due to the difference of the resin itself and the different processing methods and technological requirements. The addition amount of this product in the polypropylene granulation process is generally 500~800ppm.
