HBJ-01 methanation catalyst is a new type of titanium rare earth nickel catalyst, which can remove low concentrations of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in hydrogen-rich raw materials in ammonia synthesis and other hydrogen production systems, and convert them into gaseous methane and water. The catalyst has the characteristics of high pore volume, high activity and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in the methanation section of large, medium and small scale ammonia synthesis plants.
