China Shenhua coal-to-oil Chemical Co. , Ltd. . Baotou coal-to-chemicals branch is a global industrial MTO plant, which began production in October 2011. The DMTO technology developed by Dalian Chemical Co. , Ltd. consumes 1.8 million tons of methanol annually, produces 300,000 tons of polymerized ethylene and 300,000 tons of propylene, and produces additional products such as MTBE and 2PH.
